INSTITUTO’S TYPES OF COACHING

General Subject Area Coaching

 

Instituto helps coachees identify their subject area and matches them with (local or national) coaches for a 5-session Coaching Package.

There is a lot of flexibility and options for areas of need - some examples of general subject area are:

  • Fundraising (identifying and pitching to funders, creating a fundraising document, making the ask, etc)

  • Communications (creating a press release, cultivating a messaging strategy for a coalition, etc)

  • Management, Digital, Operations, Data, Field, etc.

EXECUTIVE LEVEL COACHING

 

  • This type of coaching is for Executive Directors and C-suite staff that need additional support in some capacity in their roles

  • EDs and CEOs are more likely to have high-level and high-stress and cross-functional roles and because of this, we need a different set of coaches with a wider range of experience for support.
