Ecosystem Exchange: An Offers & Needs Market for AZ’s Direct Service Community

  • Phoenix (address sent upon signing up) (map)

Join Instituto for a collaborative convening where direct service leaders, staff, and community volunteers come together to build relationships, share resources, and strengthen Arizona's direct service ecosystem. Using a facilitated Offers & Needs Market, participants will identify what they can offer others – from knowledge, skills, partnerships, and lived experience to tools, space, volunteers, and connections – while also sharing what they need to advance their work. Together, we'll explore how practices rooted in reciprocity, collaboration, and collective care can help our organizations move beyond scarcity and toward shared abundance. Whether you're looking for thought partners, program support, technical expertise, volunteers, funding connections, or simply an opportunity to connect with others doing similar work, this convening is designed to help you build meaningful relationships and leave with new partnerships, practical resources, and a stronger support network.

Afterward, we’ll have a happy hour and bingo night to unwind and mingle.
