Our programs and fellowships train movement leaders, build effective and sustaining capacity, and create a tight network representing the progressive front in Arizona.

We ACCELERATE organizations by focusing on leadership development and scaling programs. Our Acceleration offerings are uniquely designed for everyone from volunteer to executive director to maximize the capacity of Arizona’s ecosystem.
We believe that talent and ideas are abundant, so we INCUBATE organizations and solutions that will help build political capacity in places that have historically been under-invested.
A three-part effort to inform the specific needs in the civic-engagement nonprofit sector in Arizona and provide actionable recommendations for investors.
Online and in-person ongoing coaching sessions for non-profit leaders, campaigners, and the general public on a wide range of movement topics.
Encuentros are convenings designed to create collaboration and growth amongst the civic sector’s executive leadership.
The Monzón Fellowship offers in-depth learning experiences and training for emerging leaders who are already helping their own communities.
